During the interviewing of the driver of the vehicle, Jorge G. Molina, age 36, of Bronx, NY, probable cause to search the driver and the vehicle was established.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- New Rochelle Police rescued a man in his fifties who fell through the ice on Monday evening off the shore of Five Islands Park in New Rochelle.
"He was in the water for about ten minutes," said New Rochelle Police Sergeant Christopher Castiglia. “He was taken to Montefiore Hospital (New Rochelle) and treated for hypothermia.”
Police did not have an update on the man’s medical condition.
