NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- Today, world-renowned 3D pop artist Charles Fazzino and his daughter Heather Fazzino joined New Rochelle City Officials and the City’s Municipal Arts Commission to unveil two original sculptures on a plaza in Downtown New Rochelle. The 100-lb, seven-foot-tall 3D pop-art pieces will merge New Rochelle’s past and future in the letters NRNY, celebrating all that is old and new in a City undergoing a rapid transformation as a result of its $4 billion redevelopment initiative.

PELHAM, NY -- Pelham Art Center announces technology upgrades to the PAC Media Lab! Complete with 10 upgraded iMacs running the latest version of macOS High Sierra and the complete Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign and more.

These computers are available for use for all media arts classes at the PAC Media Lab including animation, digital photography, video game design, coding, and more. This Media Lab upgrade is made possible by a generous donation from Horace Mann High School.

Ms. Mapp and Ms. Paul are not only accomplished, award-winning artists, they are also librarians at NRPL.

Performing in full regalia, the dancers will showcase traditional dances and stories from the Southwest, Northern Plains and Eastern Woodlands, with audience participation.   The free performance is suitable for all ages. Seating is on a first-come/first-served basis, to the capacity of the library’s 145-seat Ossie Davis Theater.
