NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- The College of New Rochelle will present a lecture with Nicole Kear, author of the memoir Now I See You (St. Martin's), heralded as a Best New Book by People magazine and Amazon, and chosen as a Must-Read by Family Circle, Redbook, Martha Stewart Living, Marie Claire UK and others. Kear will speak at the College on Tuesday, March 24 at 7 p.m. in Romita Auditorium in the Mooney Center and sign books at a reception following her presentation.

Assemblyman Steve Otis Named to Climate Change Work Group

ALBANY, NY -- Assemblyman Steve Otis (D-Rye) has been appointed by Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie to serve on a newly formed panel focusing on climate change issues.  The 10-member Climate Change Work Group will explore policy initiatives, at both the federal and state levels, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and combat the effects of climate change.

Mr. Jackson was employed at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center as a custodian and community service worker.
