WHITE PLAINS, NY -- Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino has announced that “Keys to Safe Driving” – a   series of five free programs sponsored by the county’s  Department of Senior Programs and Services (DSPS) – will take place during Older Driver Safety Week from Dec. 7-11, 2015. 

“Older drivers should do whatever they can to protect themselves and other motorists on the roads,” Astorino said. “I encourage all seniors and their families to take part in this important program.”

NEW ROCHELLE, NY --The Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting (CAFR) has been awarded to the City of New Rochelle by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) of the United States and Canada for its Fiscal Year 2014 financial report.  This is the twenty-fourth consecutive year New Rochelle has received the award, the highest form of recognition in the area of government accounting and financial reporting.
