There is a possibility that some SUEZ customers in Westchester County may experience discolored water on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, due to maintenance work. The work may impact customers in New Rochelle, Eastchester, Bronxville, Tuckahoe, Pelham, Pelham Manor, Ardsley, Hastings on Hudson and Dobbs Ferry.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- A pair of strong pitching performances from Edwin Gonzalez and Tony Hernandez aided the Mustangs in splitting a doubleheader with UConn, Avery Point, losing 6-5 and winning 13-1. Together, they pitched a combined 9 2/3 innings without allowing an earned run.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- Monroe College softball sophomore, Cassidy Wootten was the star at the plate for the Mustangs on Tuesday, as she combined for four hits in a doubleheader loss  to County College of Morris.  Monroe dropped the opener, 10-6 and lost the second game, 11-3, in six innings.

The Mustangs fell behind 6-0 after the top of the first in game one.  Starter Tara Sasso didn't survive the inning and was charged with five runs.  She allowed just one hit though.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- The Iona College lacrosse team swiftly defeated the Stetson Hatters under the lights by a final score of 17-4. 10 different Gaels found the back of the net to torch the Hatters in the most decisive win of the season thus far for the Maroon & Gold. 

Iona’s leading goal scorer was junior Erin Pugh, who tallyed three goals and provided one assist to boot. The catalyst for the offensive attack was senior Mary Kate McCormick; the Gaels leading dime-dropper recorded a game high five assists.
