Scarpino, Jr. today announced that Harry Kyreakedes, 27, pled guilty before Judge Barry Warhit to one count of Vehicular Manslaughter in the First Degree, a class “C” Felony and one count of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated Per Se, an unclassified Misdemeanor, in the death of Isaac Ward, 28.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- After more than a week of dissembling and stonewalling, Westchester County Executive Candidate Senator George Latimer came as close as he has to admitting what many know and he had up until recently denied — a long-running affair with New Rochelle City Court Judge Susan Kettner.
The statement came during a taping of a News12 debate against his opponent incumbent Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino. The debate is expected to air on the cable channel on November 1st.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- The vehicle registration on State Senator George Latimer’s Jeep was suspended over the summer and remains suspended to this day.
The vehicle registraiton suspension came after a request to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles by the City of Yonkers due to nonpayment of an unspecified number of parking violation fines and fees. Talk of the Sound is working to obtain the amounts Latimer owes to the City of Yonkers. The suspension has been in effect for more than three months, according to the DMV.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- New York State Senator George Latimer failed to vote on the New York State Budget this past spring because he departed for Europe the day before the vote was held in the Senate to go on a week long vacation in the United Kingdom with his girlfriend, New Rochelle City Court Judge Susan Kettner, Talk of the Sound has learned.
