NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- The annual BID Family Fun Fall Festival begins on Saturday October 18th, from 10:00 am – 11:30 am. Families with children ages 8 – 12 years are invited to paint seasonal scenes for Halloween and Thanksgiving on the windows of downtown businesses, beginning at 10:00 am. A mask-making geared for younger children will take place under the Green Tents at the BID Farmers Market on Library Green. In the event of inclement weather, a rain makeup date will be available by calling 654-2116.
