NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- One New Rochelle City employee had a rough week during the final days of October, Talk of the Sound has learned.

James Riley, 26, a New Rochelle Public Works hourly employee was arrested twice in the same day in October just two days following an incident in which he allegedly got into an altercation with local landscapers.
