NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- The New Rochelle Police Department will hold a Promotional Ceremony on Thursday, December 18 at 11:00 AM in the City Council Chambers, 515 North Avenue, promoting the following members:

Lieutenant Cosmo Costa is promoted to the rank of Captain
Det. Sergeant Brian Fagan is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant
Sergeant Neil Reynolds is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant
