The New Rochelle Department of Development recently launched an economic development branding and marketing initiative for the City of New Rochelle. North Star Destination Strategies an industry leader in community branding.

I am told this will not be just like EnvisioNR, we will see.

I received the following information from The Development Department:

Hey New Rochelle, we’re having a Street Fair! Who Knew?

The City of New Rochelle is partnering with Streetfaris.org for New Rochelle’s Second Annual Street Fair.

So who is in charge of promoting and advertising this second annual event? Most likely the same people that didn’t promote the first annual fair very well. Where are the signs, the banners, newspaper/media coverage, and the radio and TV ads?

Thomas Paine “LIKES” Common Sense. Like The City Charter it is only effective if it is followed and used properly.

Well maybe not. As you all know who really wealds the pen of “Not Tom Paine” and he can’t help but keep speaking up even during times of poor health and difficulty.
