NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- Taking advantage of continued low market interest rates, the City last week sold approximately $10.6 million of general obligation refunding bonds (“refunding bonds”) to replace higher-interest 2005 Series A general obligation bonds.

Fall Leaf Collection Begins October 14, End of Loose Leaf Pick Up

NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- Fall Leaf Collection will begin in the City of New Rochelle on Tuesday, October 14 and conclude at the end of December. All leaves must be placed in biodegradable paper bags or open containers weighing no more than 75 lbs. for collection. Remember: Loose leaves will not be picked up.
