Talk of the Sound broke the news of the falling out between Entertainment Properties Trust and Capelli Enterprises in June 2010.

entertainment retail center (the "Center"), has terminated New Roc Management, LLC as the manager of the Center and appointed C Richard Ellis, Inc.
At the New Rochelle Board of Education meeting last week, Dr. Jeffrey Korostoff presented his "Goals and Objectives" for 2010-11. Korostoff gave a full-throated defense of the New Rochelle school system that was largely predicated in dismissing the testing data from last Spring and presenting his own set of data that he felt was more "fair". As has become a trend now, he specifically went after the movie "Waiting for Superman", referencing data that he said showed New Rochelle schools were doing better than a charter school in Harlem that was a focus of the film documentary. The Times Herald-Record is reporting that Louis Cappelli of Cappelli Enterprises has resigned from the company's board.
...the company announced that Concord owner Louis Cappelli resigned from the board in December to pursue other business interests. Cappelli was a one-time partner of Empire Resorts in a $1 billion resort plan at the Concord. The plans fell apart when the economy went sour.
