NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- New Rochelle City Manager Charles Strome will discuss the city’s 2017 budget, why it will exceed a state imposed tax cap, and the future direction of the city in an interview with host Ina Aronow on the League of Women Voters cable television program,  “City People and Issues,” on Cablevision Channel 76 on Mondays at 7 pm, Wednesdays at 10 pm. Thursdays at 9:30 pm. The program will be broadcast during December and early January.  It will also be shown on demand at www.vimeo.com/196346253.
