Mrs. McCarthy the Westchester County Deputy Clerk’s car was seen loaded with kids destroying Marcotte signs. Of course, the appropriate actions were taken when New Rochelle Police were notified and a police report filed with HER PLATE NUMBER which is NY: AJR 5279 registered to her husband Daniel.
