    • A Fundraiser is being held to support Habitat For Humanity in their rigorous efforts to to rebuild, provide relief, supplies and hope to victims following the devastation that Hurricane Sandy brought to the east coast. The event is being held from 1pm to 6pm on Saturday December 8th, 2012 at Dudley’s on 94 Hudson Park Road in New Rochelle.  Hometown friend James O’Toole and Janine Brown (aka “J9” our favorite chick behind the stick at Dudley’s) are hosting the event and are hoping to bring some much needed cheer to the lives of those who were affected by Super Storm Sandy. Please come and make a difference. Habitat has been doing everything they can, as the photos show at Breezy Point, Queens. They speak volumes about the efforts they’re making to help. Photos contributed by Habitat photographer Aaron Kershaw.

    • Donations suggested at the door will be $10 and the event is open to everyone, so be sure to spread the word to friends and family. This is the season of giving and the donations and funds raised for Habitat for Humanity will be appreciated by thousands.  It starts with one tiny bit of effort and generosity to make positive changes in the lives of others.  Habitat for Humanity has been dedicated in every way trying to make relief efforts possible and this Dec. 8th is a great time to show your support.

    • People are being asked to bring cleaning supplies such as Lysol,  Clorox, paper towels, Glass cleaner, Disinfectants, Soaps, Hand Sanitizers and other incidentals. • All the proceeds go to Habitat for Humanity and directly to Hurricane Sandy Victims. No donation or contribution is too large or small. The entertainment and  music will be performed during the evening by DJ World Famous. Food and drinks are going to be available as Dudley’s kicks off the holiday season with this event.  There will also be a 50/50 raffle where tickets will be sold for $5 each.   Habitat for Humanity works side by side with thousands of volunteers 365 days a year. Habitat and it’s volunteers see the face of true giving back helping others get on their feet again.  Every family that gets a chance to put their lives back together experience a miracle and Habitat for Humanity is there to see it through.
