As i was listening to the police radio last night the dispatcher asked that some police units in the north end to turn off there roof lights while they were on a fixed post blocking traffic from going into danger zones.I can't believe the dispatcher or who was in charge to even think about this request.
Dpw crews are out all over the city cleaning up the streets. All the downtown lots were cleared of snow and ice by early afternoon. Will be posting pictures of areas of damage later this afternoon.
