NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- Con Edison is reporting over 4,000 power outages in Westchester County. There are 97 customers reported without power in New Rochelle although that number could climb.

Con Edison is now reporting 33 customers without power near Church Street and Hickory Street, 55 customers without power in the area of Union Avenue and 6th Street, 7 customers without power on Van Eck near Stratton Road and scattered outages elsewhere in the City.

The Saw Mill River Parkway near Pleasantville is closed due to flooding.
