The media buying company Buying Time was the most prominently featured campaign-related company in the New York Times story this week detailing Gov. Andrew Cuomo's apparent meddling with the Moreland Commission...New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson also used the company extensively when he ran for Westchester County Executive against Rob Astorino last year. He spent more than $800,000 with the company for TV ads.
