I understand there are a lot of parents and students really supporting Martinez. Let’s look at the fact.. 1 he is being held on $500k bail which isn’t going to happen unless there is EVIDENCE. 2 he confessed to the crime, it was in the journal news..after that article was posted he plead not guilty. Obviously has a good lawyer. 3 AND MOST IMPORTANT…DNA …that’s the bottom line people! DNA! So maybe some parents from New Rochelle should get to the courthouse on April 15th to outweight his supporters and make sure this guy stays behind bars and out of our schools! WAKE UP WAKE UP!!! PLEASE!! And the people who think he his innocent just keep saying how nice he was. NICE??? I just am appauled that people actually support a pedefile. Innocent until proven guilty yes…but again DNA DNA DNA!!
