Mary Bridget Eberle Obituary

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Mary Eberle, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, and current resident of Boca Raton, FL. died on June 21, 2016. She was 81. Mary was born on September 25, 1934 in New Rochelle to the late Patrick and Mary Freeman.

Mary was a Reading Specialist Teacher for the New Rochelle School District for over 25 years, then she retired to Boca Raton Florida and was a substitute kindergarten teacher well into her late seventies. While living in NY, she was a member of the New Rochelle Irish Benevolent Society, The New Rochelle Garden Club, The New Rochelle Women’s Club, The Professional Businesswoman’s Association, The New Rochelle Boys and Girls Club. In Boca Raton, she was the head of the Social Committee in her community, a member of the Womens Club and the Garden Club of Boca Raton as well as a member of the Red Hat Society.

She is survived by her children Anna (Dan) Summa, Jerri (Eddie) Pfeil, Janet (Brian) Hepburn, Susan (Butch) Coleman, Deborah Trenholm and Scott Eberle; her 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and her sister Patricia Roberts.

She was predeceased by her daughter Dawn E. LaMorte and her granddaughter Jerri Ellen Trenholm.

There will be two visitations, 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Thursday June 23rd, 2016 at the Babione-Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center at 1100 N Federal Highway, Boca Raton FL 33432 561-395-8787. A Wake Service will be held at 7 pm.
