The NAACP of New Rochelle will host a candidate’s forum tonight at 95 Lincoln Avenue. Judicial candidates Susan Kettner and Cynthia Lobo are scheduled for 7 PM. City Council District 3 candidates Jared Rice and Peter Parente are scheduled to appear at 8 PM. This is the only planned joint appearance between the two candidates for the City Council District 3 seat that will take place in District 3. All are welcome.
