Car Bomb Press Conference  5New Rochelle Police Commissioner Patrick Carroll will be the Chief Honoree at this year's Irish Echo's Irish American Law And Order Leaders Dinner. The event will be held at Rosie O’Grady’s Manhattan Club in Manhattan on January 16th.

The Irish Echo inaugurated the Irish Law and Order awards in 2010 to honor the brave men and women in law enforcement work hard to keep us safe and to keep society running smoothly. The 2012 listing of America’s Most Distinguished Law and Order Leaders, including police officers, corrections officers, federal law enforcement officers, and lawyers working in the offices of district attorneys, will be published in the Irish Echo on Wednesday, January 16, 2013.
