New Rochelle Teen Kicks Out Police Car Window (NSFW Video)

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle police have filed multiple criminal charges against Siarah Sutton, 18, after she kicked out the window of a New Rochelle Police patrol car. Sutton had been taken into custody last Wednesday at her home in the Halcyon Park neighborhood of New Rochelle following reports of a burglary at the two-family house on Howard Parkway.

Sutton was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, a felony, Assault in the 2nd degree, a felony, Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, a misdemeanor, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a violation.

Police received a report of a burglary at a residence on Howard Parkway in New Rochelle, NY shortly before 8 p.m. on August 15th. A resident at that location told police that a television set and a Playstation gaming console was missing from the room of an 11-year old girl residing in the house.

A confrontation took place inside the home between the police and Siarah Sutton at which point Sutton was taken into custody.

As Sutton was being led out of the house in handcuffs she began pleading with officers, shouting “I didn’t do anything wrong” and “I’m not crazy”.

When police officers got her to the car, Sutton resisted their efforts to place her in the back of a police patrol car. Once in the car she began to moan and wail loudly. The moaning turned to screaming and cursing before Sutton maneuvered herself, by rolling on her side in the backseat of the vehicle, so that her feet were up against the window on the driver side of the police car. She smashed the window repeatedly with a series of violent kicks, sending glass flying and destroying the window frame.

After several minutes, Sutton was removed from the first patrol car, escorted to a second patrol car and held down while she was bound at the ankles with flex-cuff restraints. She continue to scream and curse the entire time before being taken away from the scene.

    1. Not Safe for Work
It is a standard internet acronym.

It basically means that it might have bad language or nudity or other content not appropriate for the work place (or anywhere else you would not want to hear what the woman in this video has to say).

  1. girl kicks out window
Did i hear the girl say to suck her dick.what is wrong with her. the police did a good job. she should have gotten tasered and shackled.

    1. she was bound hand and foot
I was thinking that she might get tasered but the officers at the scene handled the situation very well and got her under control enough to get her out of there without further incident.

What happened at the police station I do not know. There was a time gap between when she left the scene and when she was charged. Not sure if things got worse or not.

  2. Fantastic work once again Bob!!
Best part was the cop trying to strong arm you by suppressing your rights. Great stuff Bob!!

    1. respect
Yes, there was that. I am not sure exactly what she was thinking there but at least she had the good sense to walk away when I declined her request.

What you mostly see is a large number of officers managing the situation about as well as you could ask.

I was not sure whether this was a pysch case or a criminal case until I got the police reports but I figured I would just keep shooting video and sort it out later.
