Leonore Sylvester, a resident of New Rochelle, passed away on August 26, 2012.
She was born on April 3, 1931, to the late Roberto and Soledad Manrique in Bogota, Colombia. She married Louis Sylvester on April 12, 1958, who passed away on June 3, 2000.
She is survived by her children Linda (Salvatore) Calderone, Ronald and Daniel Sylvester, her grandchildren Sonny Calderone, Nicholas Calderone, and Danielle Gallo, her great grandson Frankie Gallo, and her two sisters Blanca Surtees and Elvira Caicedo.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her sister Cecilia Frenk.
Visiting hours are Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel Inc. 16 Shea Pl., New Rochelle. Mass will be on Wednesday 9:30 am at Holy Name Church. Interment private.
