NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- The planetarium at New Rochelle High School re-opens tonight (March 28) to show off what its brand new Spitz SciDome projector can do.

Astronomy teacher Bruce Zeller will offer a presentation on planets and other celestial entities in a show that is free and open to the public.

Star-gazers will also be treated to projections from "Irving," the original opto-mechanical projector, dating back to 1970s, that still rises from the floor with a dramatic flourish.

Enjoy it all in one of the 85 new reclining seats.

It starts at 7 p.m. Look for the planetarium by the Flandreau and Argyle avenues.
