NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- What do you get your mom for Christmas? If you’re a student at Salesian High School in New Rochelle you have the perfect gift for her-the second annual Mother and Son Winter Galena night of entertainment with you as her companion. This special treat for mom will take place on Saturday night, December 8 at 7 p.m. in the Salesian High School Gym.

Students in grades 9 through 12 will be able to treat their moms to an evening filled with entertainment, dancing, great food, door prizes and a chance to spend time with their beloved sons.

“Last year’s debut event was an overwhelming success and we are looking forward to an even bigger turnout this year,” said Steven Sallustio, Coordinator of Advancement and Alumni Affairs at Salesian High School. “This event is a tribute to the work of our Mother’s Club. This is truly a wonderful way for our students to pay tribute to their moms during this holiday season.”

Mayo contends that there is no basis for the assertions by Mayor Noam Bramson that the Gadsden Flag belongs to any private party or entity. The removal of the flag from the Armory is nothing more than the suppression of the First Amendment.

Steve Mayo is an attorney and businessman. He is the host of The Steve Mayo Show on WVOX. He was the Republican nominee for City Council District 6 in 2011.
