Call it karma, but when Fred Smith had the opportunity to do the right thing for the children of New Rochelle, he turned his back on them. Unfortunately, the study he conducted several years ago regarding the achievement disparity between Isaac E. Young Middle School and Albert Leonard Middle School, may not be worth the paper it is written on.
