I am looking for a person to serve as Assistant Editor for Talk of the Sound with responsibility for managing the community calendar.

The role has two primary responsibilities.

1. to set up and train community leaders to input their own announcements on the calendar.

2. once a month, input the next month's events directly for the three major government institutions in New Rochelle (City government. City school district, public library).

The right person would have a computer with internet access, basic computer skills including decent typing skills and a healthy concern for accuracy (we do not want to send people to the wrong location on the wrong day at the wrong time!)
